Store Pick-Ups Now Available!

Here at The Playground, we always look for ways to make your online shopping experience easier and more convenient. This time, we're giving you another option to get your orders from ThePlayground.ph. In-store pick-ups are now available for all PAID orders! 🎉

Can't wait to shop for your top picks? Take note of these steps first before you proceed:

1. Order your favorite pieces online at ThePlayground.ph. Check out once you're done.
2. At checkout, choose "Pick up" from the shipping method options.
3. For the mode of payment, choose Paymongo only. Store pick-ups for COD transactions are NOT ALLOWED. All COD orders for pick-up will be immediately canceled/disregarded.
4. Please allow at least 3 business days for your orders to be processed from the date ordered. Orders made from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
5. Wait for a customer service representative from ThePlayground.ph to send you a text message or email when your order is available for pick-up. Only then can you visit our outlet store at Nodison Centre, Marikina-Infanta Hwy, Marikina, 1801 Rizal to get your purchased items.

As pick-up schedules vary per order, it’s best to follow our advised schedule to ensure the availability of your purchased items. You will not be able to get your order if you go to the store BEFORE the prescribed day. If you have any concerns, you may always message us via email or Facebook Messenger.

Please also note that delivery via LBC and Angkas for Business is still available online. We’ll be glad to deliver your items directly to your doorstep!
