Due to the nature of outlet stores, it is expected that some products may have a few small defects or damages on their packaging. This does not, however, affect the quality and effectiveness of the actual products inside. Any form of damage on packaging will not be accepted for a return. All discounted and/or sale products are deemed final and cannot be returned.
ThePlayground.ph allows return requests within 7 days from the date the order was received. These include items that have factory defects, and incorrectly shipped items or items significantly damaged beyond usability.
Item(s) to be returned must fulfill all the following conditions:
ThePlayground.ph reserves the right to test, inspect, and reject returns that do not meet these standards. The customer will be responsible for returning the package to ThePlayground.ph. Shipping and any additional cost/s incurred thereof must be shouldered by the customer.

Only upon approval can refunds be made in the form of store credits on the customer's personal ThePlayground.ph account. Customers may email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions and requests for refund. All refunds are processed within 10-15 days.
